RCB 167-8 (20 Ovs) vs MI 166-7 | SCORECARD

Royal Challengers Bengaluru emerged victorious in a true pendulum battle, chasing down 166 in a tense finish that swung back and forth throughout the game.

The chase began on a nightmare note for RCB as Virat Kohli fell for a second consecutive duck, followed soon after by Devdutt Padikkal, who was caught behind off Deepak Chahar as MI's new-ball attack struck early.

But the game turned on its head thanks to a brave, battling effort from Krunal Pandya. Facing his former team, Krunal produced a match-defining knock despite visible discomfort, hobbling through cramps and still finding a way to keep RCB in the hunt when it mattered most.

Earlier, Bhuvneshwar Kumar had set the tone with a superb new-ball spell that broke MI's rhythm, and fittingly played his part at the end as well to close out the chase.

In the end, it was RCB's resilience under pressure that made the difference in a game that swung like a pendulum until the very last moments.
