Royal Challengers Bengaluru continued to rebuild their chase after a shaky start, with Jacob Bethell and Krunal Pandya working hard to keep things steady.
Will Jacks was introduced into the attack, but RCB managed to rotate strike with singles through the covers and backward point. Bethell looked composed, while Krunal used smart placement to keep the scoreboard moving without taking unnecessary risks.
Corbin Bosch continued to apply pressure from the other end, keeping a tight line and forcing mistakes. Krunal survived a close run-out chance after a sharp fielding effort, while Bethell safely nudged one to third man.
With disciplined bowling on both sides, RCB could only manage 5 runs in the over, reaching 56 for 3 after 8 overs, still needing 111 from 72 balls as MI kept control of the chase.
