County debut 1988. Cap 1996.
Called up for his first England tour this winter following Robert Croft’s decision not to tour India.
Enjoyed a successful season with Gloucestershire in 2001 picking up 34 wickets at an average of just over 25 apiece
Has played over 300 matches for Gloucestersire in his 13 year career and has also worked for the club’s marketing department in the off-season.
Played for Young England against Young New Zealand in 1989.
A useful lower-order batsman, he averaged nearly 30 with the bat in First Class cricket last summer and made three half centuries.
Outstanding slip-fielder.
Played club cricket for North Melbourne in Australia in 1988-89 and Old Hararians in Zimbabwe in 1990-91.
Supports Manchester City.
