Another hammering for World champions India as England complete an emphatic nine-wicket victory with 37 balls to spare.

England seal the five-match series 3-0 for their first T20I series win against India in a bilateral series involving two games or more.

Harry Brook took the game away from India, smashing 79 from 35 balls, with four sixes and eight fours.

Phil Salt recovered after a slow start, to stroke 59 from 42 balls, with nine fours and a six.

The duo added 146 runs from 68 balls in the unbroken stand for the third wicket to hand India another drubbing.

India have now lost five out of their last six games, with one match abandoned due to rain.

This is the second consecutive T20I series loss for Shreyas Iyer as the captain.

It is also the first time India have lost five completed T20Is in succession.

Arshdeep back from the other end. Brook miscues the lofted shot as it clears mid-off for a couple of runs before he smacks the next for a six over long-on.

Brook picks a single before Salt hammers Arshdeep straight down the ground for a boundary.

Arshdeep bowls a high bouncer for a wide to level scores and Salt pushes the next through the off-side for a single to complete another emphatic win.

It is the first time England have beaten India in a bilateral T20I series involving two games or more.

Prasidh back from the other end. The first ball is down the leg side as Salt glances it fine for a four to bring up his fifty from 34 balls.

Salt is beaten next ball on the inside edge as he looks to hit it through the off-side.

Nearly a wicket off the third ball but Shreyas misses the direct hit from mid-off as Brook had given up after being sent back halfway down.

Salt then takes a single before Brook steps and swings across the line but the ball goes off the top edge over the wicketkeeper for a four.

Salt hits the first ball to sweeper cover for an easy single before Brook gets the next in the gap at midwicket for two runs.

Brook enjoying himself, initially attempting the reverse scoop he ends up playing the normal scoop for a single to fine leg.

Salt then steers the next past short thirdman for a four and takes one off the last ball.

Brook then makes room to slice Dube over the point region for a four before he clubs the next through midwicket for back to back boundaries.

A high bouncer is called a wide before Brook mistimes the shot for a single.

Salt clips Dube off his pads for two runs and keeps strike with one off the last ball.

England race to 120/1 in 10 overs, needing another 39 from the last 10 overs.

Brook has smashed 59 from 24 balls, while Salt has made 41 from 30 balls, with the duo adding 107 from 45 balls for the second wicket.

India are looking set for another thrashing as England are closing in on the series win.

Spin from both ends as Washington Sundar comes into the attack. Brook is beaten first ball as he looks to cut the spinner before the England skipper hammers it straight down the ground for a four.

Sundar bowls a half-tracker as Brook pulls it over midwicket for a six before he smashes the next over the off-side for a four.

Brook looks in a rush as he smashes the next again through the covers for another four and takes one off the last ball to get 19 from the over.

In his second over, Prince has a confident shout for leg before turned down after Salt is beaten by the inswinger which comes in quite sharply.

India take the DRS but the ball has hit Salt high on the pads and missing the stumps as the review is lost.

Brook flicks Prince in the gap at midwicket for a couple of runs. The England skipper moves across early and plays the scoop again, to help the full toss fine on the leg side for a four.

Brook top edges the pull shot as he manages to clear short fine leg for two runs.

England race to 62/1 in six overs with Salt on 26 from 20 balls, having hit 26 from the last 11 balls after starting with nine dots in a row.

Brook has looked to attack, hitting 18 from 10 balls.

They need another 97 runs from 14 overs for victory.
