Harmeet continues, with Babar and Farhan rotating the strike smartly and dealing mostly in singles. Six runs come off the over as Pakistan move to 91/2 after 11.

Mohammad Mohsin returns, but Farhan greets him in style -- launching a towering six to start the over. The rest are nudged around for singles as Pakistan keep the scoreboard ticking. Ten from it. After 12 overs, they cross the 100 mark at 101/2.

Harmeet is brought back, and this time Babar shifts gears. He welcomes him with a big six and follows it up with back-to-back boundaries. Farhan piles on the pressure, finishing the over with another four. A costly over for the USA -- 21 runs from it. Pakistan surge to 122/2 after 13.

Shadley van Schalkwyk returns to try and stem the flow. The batters begin with singles before Babar drills a boundary to race to 42 off 28 balls. Farhan continues to dominate at the other end, cruising to 68 off 37.

After 14 overs, Pakistan are well placed at 133/2.
