Bengal polls: 66 per cent turnout till 3 pm

An estimated 66 per cent turnout was recorded till 3 pm in the 75 Assembly constituencies in Kolkata and adjoining North and South 24-Parganas districts of West Bengal which went to polls in the third phase today.
