India-Pak commerce secys meet in Islamabad

The Pakistani paper Dawn reports that Pakistan and India's commerce secretaries have begun talks in Islamabad today.

Commerce Secretary Zaffar Mehmood and his Indian counterpart Rahul Khullar resumedtalkson trade expansion and removal of non-tariff barriers between the two countries.
