Dawson continues and Gill is happy to defend solidly for the first four balls.

Archer continues and after a dot, Gill drives the ball to cover where the fielder puts in the dive and stops the ball and saves a certain boundary, Gill only gets a single.
Sudharsan then plays out four dots as only a single comes off it.
Gill is the new man in. He gets off the mark with a single to the off side.

Dawson is back in the attack, Jaiswal gets the outside edge and is caught at slips and Dawson gets his first Test wicket in 8 years! Jaiswal is out for 58 as he defends, plays for the turn but there is none and the edge carries to the fielder. And India lose their 2nd wicket.
Archer continues and Sudharsan starts the over with a defence.
