Mohammed Siraj chipped away at the wickets to push India's charge towards a big victory, in the morning session on Day 4 of the first Test against Australia in Perth on Sunday.
Siraj picked up both wickets to fall on Day 4 to leave Australia reeling on 104/5 in 30 overs.
He struck in his first over of the day, getting Usman Khawaja caught by Rishabh Pant for four after top edged the pull shot. In his next spell, he sent back the struggling Steve Smith, caught behind by Pant for 17 as the right-hander failed for the second time in the match.
Siraj had good figures of 3/34 in 10 overs, while Jasprit Bumrah claimed 2/25 as the two pacers again wrecked the Australian batting line-up.
Travis Head offered some resistance as he stroked his way to 63 from 72 balls, hitting seven fours, while Mitchell Marsh was unbeaten on five.
The morning session once again belonged to the Indians, as they picked up two wickets, while Australia scored 92 runs in 25.4 overs courtesy of Head's positive approach.

Head looking quite comfortable as he clips Siraj for a single on the leg side and Marsh is beaten on the outside edge as the ball stays low.
Marsh reaches out as he drives Siraj uppishly past point for three runs to get off the mark.
A quick short ball from Siraj which sails high as Head comfortably ducks under it.
The next ball is again halfway down but down the leg side as Head pulls it fine for a four, to take Australia past 100.
Bumrah to bowl the final over of the session. Marsh keeps out the first two balls before he hits the third through the covers for two runs and Bumrah adds another to the tally with a no-ball.
Australia go into the lunch break on 104/5 in 30 overs, still needing another 430 for victory, with five sessions left in the Test.

Siraj has taken both the wickets to fall so far on Day 4 as India charge towards a big victory in Perth, with good figures of 3/19 in eight overs.
Bumrah back from the other end. Head nudges the first ball off his pads for one and Mitchell Marsh is hit high on the pads by the extra bounce from the pacer.
Marsh then chases a wide delivery and is beaten on the outside edge before Bumrah again gets extra to hit the Aussie batter on the gloves.
Head continues to be positive. He ramps the short ball from Siraj over the slips to race to his fifty from 63 balls.
The left-hander flicks the next ball in the gap at midwicket and pushes his partner for the third run.
Marsh will need to support Head and build some sort of partnership as Australia look to put up a fight.
India have spread the field to Head, giving him singles and bring the new batter Marsh on strike.
Head shuffles across as he flicks Bumrah through square leg for two runs. He then upper cuts the pacer over the slips for two more.
Head is beaten as he looks to pull Bumrah with the ball bouncing quite a lot, and Pant comes up with a superb stop, leaping high to pouch it one-handed.
Head picks a single on the off-side and Marsh is struck on the gloves as the ball flies from good length but it falls safely.

Head slaps Sundar through the off-side for a single before Smith continues to defend as he blocks out the rest of the over.
Siraj makes the breakthrough. He ends Smith's resistance, getting him out caught behind for 17.
Siraj gets the length ball to move away late, as Smith looking to defend gets the edge and is caught by wicketkeeper after a struggling knock of 17 from 60 balls.
India are halfway as Australia are down to 79/5.

Counter punch from Australia as Head crashes Rana through the covers for a four. But is beaten next ball as he misses the cut shot, courtesy of some extra bounce.
Head looking good as he drives the third ball straight back, past mid-off for two runs. The next ball again kicks off length as Head manages to fend it away with the ball going over the slips for two runs.
Rana oversteps as Head punches it through the off-side for two runs.
Smith happy to play the supporting role as he clips Sunder off his pads for one. Sundar drops it short as Head punches it to sweeper cover for a single.
Head has stroked his way to 38 from 56 balls, as he once again enjoys against the Indian bowlers.
Siraj back into the attack. He makes the mistake of giving Head width, as he despatches it through point for a four and takes one off the next.
While Head has played a few cracking shots, Smith has struggled to get going and is happy to bide his time. He is yet to hit a boundary in 53 balls, scoring just 17.

We have the first drinks break on Day 4. Australia have recovered well after the early wicket of Khawaja as Smith and Head have steadied the ship.
Sundar continues after the drinks break. Head misses the sweep to collect a leg bye before Smith takes one to long-on to bring up Australia's 50.
Extra bounce for Rana as Smith manages to keep it out, getting hit high on the bat. He drives the fifth ball square on the off-side for two runs and blocks the last ball.
Slightly short from Sundar as Head slaps the spinner through the covers for a couple of runs. The off-spinner drifts on the pads as Head sweeps it through square leg for a four to continue his positive approach.
He rocks back to slaps Sundar into the off-side for one as Australia reach 59/4 in 20 overs.
Head has looked positive to score 27, while Smith has made 16 with both batters having played 46 balls each.

Smith clips Rana off his pads for a single and Head smashes the next ball powerfully past point for a four.
Rana nearly gets revenge next ball as he gets it to move off the deck, beating Head on the outside edge. This is turning out to a good contest as Head and Rana exchange a few overs after that play and miss.
Head clips the next ball off his pads for a couple of runs.
Batting looks a bit easier as compared earlier and the two batters not having too many issues against the pacers.
Spin introduced as Washington Sundar comes into the attack, to bowl the 16th over.
He starts with a flighted delivery on the off-stump line as Smith defends. He keeps out the next few balls before taking a single to square leg to retain strike.
In the next over, Rana has a confident shout for leg before wicket turned down against Smith.
The ball jagged in quite sharply to beat Smith's inside edge and strike him on the pads. The ball tracker rules that the ball is missing the leg stump as India lose the review.
Rana targetting the pads again with a full delivery but Smith up to the task as he blocks with a straight bat. He takes a single to long-on off the fifth ball and Head inside edges the last ball for another run.

Head pushes Rana towards point for a single and Smith gets the outside edge for two runs past the gully fielder.
Smith flicks the pacer in the gap through midwicket for two runs before he is on the ribs as he misses the pull shot off a quick bouncer.
He is down in pain before he gets up and resumes batting.
Bumrah back from the other end as he takes over from Siraj. Head gets a good stride forward to drive the full delivery from Bumrah through the covers for a boundary -- the first of the Australian second innings.
Head tries the ramp shot but is beaten by the extra bounce as the pacer oversteps to concede an extra run.

Siraj keeping it full as Smith defends with a straight bat. The length ball kicks off quite sharply to beat the right-hander before he pulls the pacer for a single to fine leg.
Change in the bowling as Harshit Rana replaces Bumrah. Smith offers no shot to the first ball before he defends the next back to the bowler.
He mistimes the pull shot and is struck on the pads but the ball is going down.
The last ball moves away enough to beat Smith on the outside edge to end a good first over on Day 4 from the debutant.
Width from Siraj as Head punches the pacer in the gap through the covers and has enough time to run four.
He nearly inside edges the next ball on to his pads before Head is struck on the pads off a full delivery.
The leg before shout is turned down but Siraj believes the ball has straightened as he convinces his captain to take the review.
The ball is clipping the outside of leg stump as the decision stays with umpire's call.
Head takes a single on the off-side and Smith blocks the last two balls.

Bumrah continues as Smith clips the pacer for a single on the leg side. Head misses out on the flick off a full delivery which swings sharply into him.
The left-hander nudges the fourth ball off his hips to fine leg for one and Smith keeps out the last two balls of the over.
Siraj gets the ball to nip into Head, who blocks it on the leg side and does well to keep out the next which bounces a bit more.
Siraj bowling on the off-stump channel, hoping to get one ball to keep low from the cracks but Head does well to solidly block the over.
Smith looking busy as he taps Bumrah on the off-side for a single. Head hits Bumrah off his pads through square leg for two runs before he watchfully blocks the rest of the over.

Mohammed Siraj takes just three balls to strike on Day 4. Khawaja looks to pull the pacer but only manages to miscue it high and is caught by wicketkeeper Pant.
The extra bounce did the damage as Khawaja was unable to control the pull shot and got the top edge with Pant completing an easy catch.
Khawaja walks back for four to leave Australia reeling on 17/4.
The pitch playing lot of tricks. After the extra bounce accounted for Khawaja, new Travis Head is beaten by one which doesn't bounce and stays quite low.
Siraj looks to target that crack again but the ball doesn't misbehave as Head keeps out the last two balls of the over.

Bumrah will start off with the ball, to bowl the last four balls of his over which was unfinished on Day 3 after he dismissed Marnus Labuschagne.
Steve Smith on strike, looking to avoid the king pair. A huge appeal for leg before wicket as Smith shuffles across and is struck on the pads by the full incoming delivery.
The Indians think about the leg before appeal but it won't matter as Bumrah has overstepped for a no-ball.
Smith doesn't move across next ball, tapping it on the bounce to the gully fielder. He drives the third ball he faces through the covers for three runs to get off the mark.

Welcome to the coverage of Day 4 of the first Test between Australia and India in Perth on Monday.
India are set for a big victory after leaving Australia reeling on 12/3 at stumps on the fourth day, still needing another 521 for victory.
Captain Jasprit Bumrah again wrecked Australia with the ball, with two late wickets. He dismissed debutant Nathan McSweeney (0) and Labuschagne (e), both lbw, while nightwatchman Cummins (two) edged Mohammed Siraj to the slips.
Earlier, Yashasvi Jaiswal and Virat Kohli hardly put a foot wrong on their way to magnificent centuries in Perth on Sunday, as India declared their second innings on 487/6.
It has been a dream comeback by the Indians after they were bundled out for 150 in their first innings before bowling out Australia for 104 while conditions still favoured seam.
Jaiswal scored a consequential 161 to earn the title of heir-apparent to Kohli as India's batting figurehead, but the former captain showed he is not ready to relinquish the reins just yet with a fine unbeaten 100.
