GT 12-0 (2 Ovs) vs KKR
Sai Sudharsan and Shubman Gill walk out to open for Gujarat Titans, with Vaibhav Arora taking the new ball for KKR. He starts with a wide, a nervous beginning. Sai gets off the mark with a single, easing into his innings.
Gill plays the next one straight back to the bowler and then drives to cover, but finds the fielder. A couple of tight dot balls follow. Gill finally manages to nudge one through the on side for a single.
Another single to finish the over-just 4 runs from the first. A tidy start for KKR.
Spin introduced early by KKR as Moeen Ali comes on from around the wicket. Sai Sudharsan looks for a quick single but is sent back by Gill. He settles for one next ball, nudging it to square leg.
Gill follows with a single to long on, and Sai picks up another easy run to long off. After four steady singles, Sai finishes the over with a confident boundary, finding the gap with ease.
A productive over for GT-8 runs from it. After 2 overs, they're 12 for no loss.
