Maha govt recommends Sachin for Bharat Ratna

It seems like every babu in every state government has beenset the task of finding out what else can be doled out to Team India after their historic World Cup win.

The Maharashtra government has now come up with the rather stale idea of recommending Sachin Tendulkar's name for the Bharat Ratna.
