The players are making their way out to the middle as Ishant Sharma will open the bowling for India on Day 3, who will be keen to pick up early wickets and bundle out Australia as early as possible.
Mitchell Starc defends the first three balls before Ishant beats him all ends up with one that moves away and bounces quite a lot. He drives the last ball down the ground past mid-off for three runs for the first runs on the third day.
Jasprit Bumrah from the other end. Starc turns the third ball on the leg side before Travis Head also takes one next ball.
Starc then goes hard at a wide delivery but is beaten before he picks one off the last ball courtesy of an inside edge.
Starc looks to be positive as he lofts Ishant down the ground as he fails to make proper connection but manages to clear the fielder at mid-off for two runs. A leg bye off the next ball helps Australia raise their 200, in the 91st over.
Head gets a thick outside edge off the last ball which goes past the slips to thirdman for three runs.
