Gaddafi dangerous, but powerless: US

After US arrogance, comes news that US intelligence experts have said that Muammar Gaddafi has dangerous weapons, but no longer has the means to launch a terror attack.

Aformer senior US intelligence official said, "He's been out of this business a long time so whether he's retained the capability is an open question. Whether he can resuscitate it, I think, is an even bigger question."
