England 14-1 (3 ovs) vs India 471 |
Scorecard
Mohammed Siraj from the other end. Ben Duckett clips the second ball off his pads for a single before Ollie Pope gets the next through square leg for a four to get off the mark as Siraj drifts on the pads.
The last ball is full and wide and this time Pope guides it past point for another boundary.
Bumrah from the other end. Duckett plays away from his body as he gets a thick outside edge which falls just short of Jaiswal at gully.
A superb yorker from Bumrah as Duckett is struck on the boot but the LBW shout is turned down. That could be close if the impact is in line.
India take the DRS but the impact is outside the line of leg stump as they lose their first review.
But clearly a warning for England's top order as Bumrah can be quite lethal with the yorker as Pope discovered last year in the Vizag Test.
Bumrah bowls the incoming delivery as Pope pushes it on the off-side.
