Airlines, airports asked to enhance security as India-Pak tensions escalate

The Bureau of Civil Aviation Security has instructed all airlines and airports across the country to enhance security measures after the tensions between India and Pakistan escalated on Thursday.

All passengers at all airports will undergo Secondary Ladder Point Check. Visitor entry to terminal buildings has been banned.

Air Marshal will be deployed accordingly, said ministry of civil aviation sources. -- ANI
