Op Sindoor to be taught in NCERT module for Std 3-12

The NCERT has released a special module on Operation Sindoor for students of Classes 3 to 12.

The module describes the operation as not merely a military exercise but a pledge to safeguard peace and honour the martyrs.

It states that the Pahalgam terror attack was directly ordered by Pakistan's military and political leadership, despite its denial.

The module seeks to familiarise students with the significance of the operation and its wider message. -- PTI
