Slain Pak minister burial at 4 pm

We told you this thanks to a tweet from Pakistan, but here's the full story on former minorities minister Shahbaz Bhatti's funeral.

The bbc.co.uk reports that hundreds of Pakistanis have gathered amid tight security in the city of Faisalabad for the slain minister's funeral.

Bhatti, the only Christian in the cabinet, was shot dead Wednesday after urging reform to blasphemy laws. Top leaders are to attend the funeral service in Islamabad's main church. Bhatti's body will then be flown to Faisalabad in Punjab province for burial in his native village nearby.

Roads have been closed and police and paramilitary forces deployed around the church. Pakistan is observing three days of mourning for the murdered minister.
