Moily: No need for CVC Thomas to resign

Just in: Union law minister Veerappa Moily says there is no need for CVC PJ Thomas to resign as the Supreme Court has already quashed his appointment. Moily saysa new CVC will be announced soon. Yet, it was Moily who made the announcement immediately after the SC verdict, that Thomas had resigned.
