Crawley defends the back of a length delivery outside off into the leg side.

Three dots later, a fuller delivery hits him on the pads and India goes for a DRS. And India lose the review as ball tracking shows it would have missed the leg stump.

Another dot to end the over. Just a single come off it.

Duckett steers Bumrah to backward point and picks a couple off the first ball of his new over. He then clips one to deep square for a single.

Four! Crawley gets an outside edge and the ball races past the gully fielder, forcing Gill to put a second gully.

Siraj with the new over. Two dots later, Duckett hits a boundary.

And he's out, caught by Bumrah!

Trying to hit Siraj out of the ground, Duckett holes out to Bumrah!

He departs after making 12 off 12 with a single boundary.

Ollie Pope comes to the crease and defends the first ball.

England, India look to seize control

Welcome to the coverage of the fourth day of the third Test between England and India for the Anderson-Tendulkar Trophy at Lord's.

The match has reached an intriguing stage as the hosts will enter Day 4 with a lead of just two runs after India, propelled by a crafty hundred by K L Rahul and crucial half-centuries by Rishabh Pant and Ravindra Jadeja, equaled England's first innings score of 387 on Day 3.

England's openers Zak Crawley (2 not out) and Ben Duckett, who is yet to open his account, played a single over before Stumps.

There was high drama at the fag end of the play on Day 3 as Indian fielders got into arguments with Crawley for allegedly resorting to time-wasting tactics.

The final ball of the day, a swinging and seaming delivery from Jasprit Bumrah, saw Crawley survive, leaving the atmosphere thick with tension.

India started well from an overnight score of 145-3 with Rahul and Pant frustrating the English bowlers in the first session.

The latter got out on the stroke of Lunch, as he ran himself out after scoring a gritty 74. Rahul completed his century, his tenth overall in Tests and the second at Lord's, and was dismissed soon after.

Jadeja, in the company of Nitish Kumar Reddy and Washington Sundar, then took India closer to England's total.

A late collapse, however, stopped the visitors from taking the first-innings lead.

Chris Woakes was the pick of English bowlers with 3-84. Archer and Stokes picked up two wickets each while Bashir and Carse accounted for one apiece.

As the five-match series remains tied with both sides looking to go 2-1 up with a win at the Home of Cricket, the fourth day promises to be a mouth-watering contest.
