Rohit second player to cross $2m mark

India's young batsman Rohit Sharma was purchased by Mumbai Indians for a whopping $2.1 million dollars.

Rohit played for Deccan Chargers in the previous three editions of the IPL, but Mumbai went all out to secure his signature.

He is second player after Gautam Gambhir ($2.4m) to cross the $2million mark.
