The actor who commands big openings got the same for Aishwarya too. The collections of Aishwarya were awesome in its first week. Upendra had three releases this year but only one film became a success. Though Thandege Thakka Maga and Uppi Dada M.B.B.S received lukewarm response at the box office, his performance was appreciated.
