Dr. Vishnuvardhan

He is an evergreen star of Kannada films. Even at the ripe age of 56, he has been able to retain his large fan following mainly the family audience. Till Dr. Raj Kumar was there, Vishnuvardhan was looked upon as second only to Dr. Rajkumar.

Today, he is the grand old man of Kannada cinema. This year the legendary actor also received an honourary doctorate from Bangalore University. He had two releases out of which Sirivantha was a big hit. But more than the success of the film, Sirivantha will be remembered for the extraordinary performance of the actor.
