Just in: Pakistan troops again open fire on forward posts along the Line of Control in Poonch sector of Jammu and Kashmir.

Earlier in the day, an Army jawan was killed in a sniper attack by Pakistan troops who targeted forward posts in Poonch district of in violation of ceasefire. Sepoy Rachpal Singh was critically injured in sniper fire by Pakistani troops at a forward post in Poonch along the Line of Control on Wednesday night, a police officer said on Thursday.

He later succumbed to his injuries.
