Our Delhi correspondent gives us these snippets from Parliament, which incidentally, is running on full throttle.

BJP MP Nishikant Dubey's discussion on Supplementary Grants in Lok Sabha brought a smile on the face of Pranab Mukherjee. When Dubey was a student, he used to listen Pranab's budget speeches, but today in Lok Sabha as MP, Dubey said he was disappointed with 'Pranabda's' arguments.

With a pencil in his hand, Pranab Mukherjee was seen smiling at the remarks. ?The pencil then went to his cheeks (Pranab's not Dubey's).
