Condoleezza Rice, the fashion icon
August 3, 2006
Condoleezza Rice has a few feathers to her cap, like being the first African-American woman to be United States secretary of state. And she has added one more achievement to her impressive CV -- making it to the list of Vanity Fair magazine's International Best Dresed List.
