Alhough Satyajit is not a bike person, he never misses an opportunity to ride one. Naturally, he was excited when offered an assignment to shoot pictures of the Enfield Bullet. Just before the shoot, he rode it out of the city to get a feel of the bike. "That was the first time I was riding a Bullet. I understood its attitude before I shot it. It is an extremely tough, no-nonsense bike.

The Bullet is a Bullet and doesn't aspire to be anything but. That was exactly what the bike told me. It doesn't say, 'oh you are riding me'. It's more like, 'I am taking you on a ride'. You have to be a little humble when you ride the Bullet. You can't think of overpowering the vehicle."

When Satyajit understands the attitude of the vehicle, he chooses the camera angles, lenses, height of the camera and locales accordingly. "I choose an angle that can show off the character of the vehicle I have discovered. It is not in the obvious sense, but a more subtle one."
