But even Seshan will lose the game against our archaic rule of constitution if more power isn't delivered to him. He plans on contesting for president and needs all the encouragement we can give him. For what he has achieved so far, grant him `Man of the Year'. For he is to achieve, probably `President of India' sounds appropriate.
