Onam didn't have the battle of the two big M's this year, but Ramzan will. The two big M's -- Mammootty and Mohanlal -- each are ready with their upcoming movies this festive season.
Taking on Major Ravi's Kurukshetra, which stars Mohanlal is Mammootty's Mayabazaar .
Mayabazaar, which marks the debut of director Thomas Sebastian and scripted by T A Razack, is the name of a street where the main business is the selling of spare parts of condemned vehicles.
Razack says that Mayabazaar will be quite different from his usual style of writing and will present things in a humorous way. Mayabazaar is produced under the banner of Akhil Cinema and will hit the cinema halls on October 1.
