Thiru (Naren) works as one of Annachi's (Thandapani) henchmen. But he wants to quit his lawless life when he meets Charu (Bhavana), and start life afresh with her.

Mishkin's Chithiram Pesuthadi is yet another story based on the underworld, about a gangster who changes himself for the better after he falls in love. Chithiram Pesuthadi really stands apart from regular gangster films that have a lot of violence and bloodshed.
