Tamil cinema has seen some brilliant movies on the underworld. We take a look at the top five.
Bheema
Bheema revolves around the tug-of-war between two underworld gangs -- the powerful Periyavar (Raghuvaran) and the still-struggling-to-be-prominent Chinna (Prakash Raj), both trying to outsmart and outwit each other.
Shekhar (Vikram), who has always adolised Chinna and followed his footsteps, becomes the next don.
Director Lingusamy has worked excellently on the script of Bheema, making Shekhar a metaphor for the legendary Bheema from the epic Mahabharata, who is ever ready to fight fearlessly.
