Fitness regime: I have been training Neha for the last eight months. She is quite particular about her workouts. I did not have to start a rigorous training on her because she is slim.

Diet: Neha does not diet, but maintains healthy eating habits. For example, she does not use oil in her chappatis. She eats a proper meal with the right amount of carbohydrates and proteins.

Timings: She comes in every three or four days. She has dance rehearsals too so she doesn't have to focus on her cardio workout. She works out for an hour.
