Shaping these sexy bodies!

I have been working at Gold's Gym for the past five years but I have been training John even before this, when I was working at the Metro Health Spa.

Fitness regime: When John and I started training together, he weighed 65 kilos. Now, he weighs 95 kilos. There is a marked difference in John then and now. During his modelling days, he was lean. Now, he has built up his muscles.

Diet: He maintains his own diet though I tell him that he needs to take carbohydrates and proteins from time to time. He doesn't take any protein drinks, and does not eat chicken and mutton either. He prefers vegetarian food, though he eats fish and eggs.

Timings: If John is not shooting, he comes to the gym six days a week. He works out for an hour usually. But if he does not have enough time, he reduces it to 30 or 45 minutes. He always lets me know before he leaves for outdoor shoots.
