This is the story of Raju (Chiranjeevi) a guide who looks after four orphans who meets a 'celestial' beauty Indraja (Sridevi), daughter of Lord Indra when he finds her ring in the Himalayas.

Giving the 'mythological' story a human touch, she comes to Earth and befriends the orphans. The mythology and fantasy mix was a huge draw with the kids. The Chiranjeevi-Sridevi pair created magic at the box office and the film was a huge blockbuster.
