In my modelling days, people would tell me that I look like Smita Patil -- maybe we had similar features or I looked like her when I wore a sari. But after Hazaaron, people told me that my performance was like hers as well, and that I had a great comfort level while acting. It's too premature to say that. But I am very happy with the compliments.

On choosing Delhi over Mumbai

Even while shooting for my films (including her second film, Kal - Yesterday And Tomorrow), I did not have to settle down in Mumbai. Hazaaron had very few scenes shot in Mumbai; most of the shooting was done in North India.

When I was shooting for Kal, I stayed in Mumbai for a month. I don't think I need to shift my base from Delhi yet.
