And what a terrifying Gajendra the veteran made, setting the bar really high for baddies like Roopesh Kumar, Amrish Puri and Anupam Kher, who later reprised his role in remakes like Seeta Aur Geeta, Kishen Kanhaiya and Chaalbaaz, respectively.
