The red carpet premiere at the Avery Fischer Hall, one of the theaters of the prestigious Lincoln Center, drew a raft of celebrities from theater and films including two-time Oscar winning actress, Jessica Lange and her companion, the Pulitzer Prize winning writer Sam Shephard, who is also an occasional actor in films and theater.
