A sizeable portion of the film involves the chaos that ensues when the London belle comes down to Punjab and tries to 'fit in.'
"Oh, that's actually my favourite part," Kat nods. Was that part of the shoot fun? "God, no!" she laughs. "Akshay and I had a lot of disagreement on the sets, and there were lots of arguments. But I think that worked well for the film."
Still on the edge of her Bollywood career, the actress has already done Humko Deewana Kar Gayee with Akshay.
"It helps so much because you have this familiarity to build upon. Akshay is a superb actor, and he supports a newcomer like me, which is very encouraging."
