Priyanka Chopra has become one of the first A-list actors to sign a three-film contract with UTV, for four years.
Though everything is in its initial stages, the actress seems very excited. She gives us the details:
How did this deal happen between UTV and you?
UTV wanted to make three films with me. I was excited but wanted to know if the films were going to made back to back. They reassured me that the films would be spaced out. The more we spoke about it, the more interested I became.
UTV is a production house which believes in making intelligent movies. Their recent release Life In A... Metro and last year's blockbuster Rang De Basanti bears testimony to this. So it will be great to work with such a company. The best part is that they have given me ample creative freedom about the kind of films I want to do.
