Prithviraj made his Tamil debut as a suave villain in KV Anand's first directorial venture Kana Kandein and eclipsed the hero Srikkanth in the film. Naturally he was flooded with villain roles, but that was not what Prithviraj wanted. He waited patiently and then came Paarijatham and Mozhi. The latter has catapulted him into the big league because of his understated and lively performance. The chemistry he shares with Prakashraj is simply amazing in the film.
