Bollywood buffoons

With April Fool's day just a few hours old, we decided to take a look at some of the funniest characters and acts in recent Hindi cinema. Some subtle, some over-the-top, yet equally endearing, these performances made their characters memorable, and the films unforgettable. Laugh on.

Kishan Khurana in Khosla Ka Ghosla

Obnoxious, unscrupulous, despicable and hilarious, Irani's Khurana is the hard-as-nails Punjabi businessman with a belly laugh that could create an earthquake. We love him despite his leer, and more when he has to eat humble pie in the end.

Fabulous performance by Boman Irani, making it one of the most memorable comic acts, despite the fact that Khurana is indeed a villain! One of the most hilarious dialogues in the film is when a drunk Khurana praises Sethji's assistant as being very 'desaant' (decent) and insists that he and Sethji join hands in opening 'multiplaax and shopping complaax.'
