Mallika came up with a lot of ideas during the shoot -- a lot of mannerisms, actions were her own.

There's a scene where Rahul decides to marry Mallika, and goes to meet her dad. Now, her dad hates him and Rahul is very afraid of sleeping in the same room as her father, as he feels that he will kill him. Of course, on the surface, everything is very civilised.

So he spends the night on the sofa. But Mallika thinks he's sleeping on the sofa because he wants to get romantic at night. So she comes to him in the night, and he's petrified.

They start making out, and like all men, he struggles with the bra hook. And she's like, we've been together for years, and you still can't unhook it!

So she gets up, and he says, "Yeh bras itne complicated kyun hote hai?"

And she just improvised on the spot and retorted: "Kyunki woh ladkiyon ki hote hai." Everything connected with women seems to be complicated.
