Filmi Awards with a Desperate Housewife

Echoing her thoughts, Bolton said he had been planning to have a concert in India, 'the spiritual centre of the world,' for more than a decade and it could finally happen next year. Bolton received an award for his contribution to world music.
Also receiving the same honour was Trinidadian singer Mighty Sparrow, who performed two lively numbers including his version of My Way, made famous by Frank Sinatra. Born Slinger Francisco, he is also known as The Birdie, and fans worldwide call him the unrivalled Calypso King of the World. He has been singing and recording for over 40 years.
