Her life so far: Gabrielle is a bored ex-model housewife, married to rich Carlos. She doesn't work and spends most of her time shopping or watching her younger 17-year old gardener John, who she had an affair with. When Carlos suspects her of an affair, Mama Solis steps in and starts watching Gabrielle's every move. She even clicks a picture of them together but gets run over by a car before anyone can see them.

When Carlos forces Gabrielle to sign a Post-Nup agreement, it drives her back into John's arm. Carlos also messes up with her birth control, leading to her being pregnant, but with John's child!

What to look out for in Season 2: Carlos undergoes transformation after spending some time in prison. He allegedly returns a more pious man.

Gabrielle is expected to be caught up in a 'Cameron-Diaz' like scandal when some controversial pictures from her past resurface. We can't really expect Gabrielle to be monogamous for too long; expect sparks to fly as a lawyer makes an entry. Gabrielle has some trouble with Carlos about who the father of the baby is, then has to bear his wrath when some physical harm comes to the baby. Her troubles add up as Carlos sends a jailbird pal to watch after her while he is away.
