Nominee Spotlight: Reese Witherspoon

Legally Blonde (2001)

The pinkest film in history.

Which is exactly what makes Witherspoon's character, Elle Woods, such a challenge. Her über-girly character is an extreme caricature, a farcically fuchsia female with an anything-goes attitude that gets her into Law School at Harvard.

Elle is annoying, ditsy, vibrant and ever so slow. But hey, she can pull it off. With flying colour.
