I play a detective. Though this is a comedy, I had to keep in mind that I should not laugh while acting!

I was surrounded by people like Asrani, Suniel Shetty and Shekhar Suman who were always joking. It was difficult for me to be serious!

I have always loved Kundan Shah's films like Jaane Bhi Do Yaaron and Kya Kehna. He is a superb director and has a lot of patience. I have always wanted to be a part of a comedy, and by God's grace, I am lucky to get a break with Kundanji.

He looks very serious, but actually he is not. He is very, very funny. I used to shudder on the sets because of the big stars. But he made me feel comfortable.
