I was a struggling choreographer when I came to know that (the late) Binda Thackeray was producing a film with Partho Ghosh. I met them, and they gave me the job.

I choreographed the song in four days. I like this song because I thought of something and it clicked. The word mushkil (difficult) struck me. So I asked Manisha Koirala to sit on her legs and dance, which was difficult for her.

The steps matched the lyrics and the song became a hit.

Manisha was a top actress then. But she would always come on time. I appreciate that.
