Stay lying down in the same position.
Take your arms out to the sides in line with the shoulders.
Raise your chest off the floor. While doing so, lift the arms upwards (not backwards) towards the ceiling, squeezing your shoulder blades towards each other.
Then lower your body.
Keep the nose pointed towards the floor at all times. Do 12 repititions.
This one's a super exercise for your upper back and for fabulous posture!
