Levels at which recruitments will take place: "It will be predominantly in the entry and junior management levels."
Qualifications and selection: "Qualifications will depend on the position. We typically look at management graduates for managerial positions, and individuals who have qualified the actuarial exam for positions in the actuary function. Essentially, we look for the right attitude in people -- passion, energy and drive," says Das.
Age limit: "There are no defined age limits for any positions here. Our key requirement from prospective employees is to check how well they fit in the position they have applied for in terms of knowledge, aptitude, etc. Age is not a criteria and if the prospective employee fills the requirement, no matter of what age, he/ she will rightly get the job," he says.
Selection process: "We use aptitude tests for our frontline positions and psychometric profiling tests for our managerial positions. This is followed by interviews and a round of background checks before we hire," says Das.

Advice for the interviewees: "As mentioned earlier, we acknowledge the passion to learn. Financial skill or understanding of the industry is of secondary importance. The advice that I would like to share is that one must have a positive outlook and not be worried about being new to the industry," says Das.
