Post-interview: "When the background reference checks are completed, we present the offer to the candidates. The date of joining is almost always decided mutually between the candidate and us."
If you have not been selected: "We ensure the candidate receives the information, whatever it may be, either through our team or through the consultancy."
Better fit elsewhere?: If someone is assessed fit for another area, do they consider them for that position? "Certainly! But the final decision always lies with the candidate."
Postings: "We have sales offices across the country. We do offer positions to individuals in numerous locations, and possibly even in his or her home town. Also, through our PGPMI course, we are trying to provide individuals an opportunity to remain in and around their city," says Das.
