Khatta Gajar

Regular consumption of this revitaliser will definitely improve your eyesight.

The lemon adds a tangy taste.

~Ingredients
5 carrots, large
1 tomato, medium
1 tsp lemon juice
Rock salt, to taste
Chat masala, to taste
Salt and pepper, to taste

~Method
Peel the carrots and remove the middle non-edible portion.

Chop up the carrots and tomatoes into pieces.

Extract the juice by putting into a juicer, or blend in a mixer and strain.

Add the lemon juice.

Add rock salt, pepper and chat masala as per your taste.

Nutrition notes: Carrot is full of beta carotene, which is very good for you.

The lemon has Vitamin C.
